INDIVIDUAL 1:1 

Chrissie is available for 1:1 face to face or online sessions as a facilitator  and practitioner in artistic and engaging pursuits to promote well-being. She provide a supportive environment to listen, mentor, and encourage personal growth.

Using a variety of  educational and coaching tools, Chrissie tailors her approach to suit each individual's unique needs.

For £200 you can book four 1 hourly sessions, which can be scheduled  over a 4 week period or spread to suit your needs, such as one session per month over 4 months.

GROUP FACILITATION 

Retreats

A couple of times a year Chrissie facilitates weekend retreats  for small groups. Centred around a theme, these retreats blend creative expression, thought provoking presentations, engaging activities, and time for personal reflection.

The next planned retreat will focus on exploring our 'four brains'. What are they? How do they work? Through various creative mediums, discussions, and guided exploration, you'll have opportunity to gain deeper insights into how we are uniquely made.

Children's after school/Saturday morning club

Chrissie is available to facilitate a range of after-school or Saturday morning kids' club  activities, designed  around mindfulness and well-being themes.

(Qualified Art teacher and DBS approved.)

1. Over the course of a year, children can  explore  the uniqueness of the four seasons through artistic expression using a variety of creative mediums. From one-off sessions to a complete four-season programme helping them explore how feelings can change, much like the seasons. Through creative activities and thoughtful discussions, she encourages them to understand and express their emotions in a mindful and supportive way. Chrissie offers flexible options tailored to your needs. 

2. Looking to address key issues in a positive way? From bullying to loneliness, Chrissie offers thoughtful, creative approaches to help children engage with challenging situations. Using a variety of artistic mediums, she creates opportunities for meaningful discussion and deeper learning in a mindful and supportive environment.
